Introducing our new customer management system.
Précon was asked to develop a programme that would teach employees of SNS Reaal how to use the company’s new management system. The following training objectives were defined:
- Familiarising users with the system;
- Teaching users how to use the system;
- Creating a safe environment to practice using the system;
- Promoting the system among users.
The result is a playful simulation training programme with practical client cases that employees can complete.
After the successful introduction of the first course, two additional modules have been developed.
